Grand Gardening

You are missing out on being part of the rich community growth that is taking place in Veggie Village, if you did not get down to Di Hurst Oval yesterday, or plan to tap into all the fun and exciting ideas that were sprouted.

Stay turned to the Veggie Village Website for the results of the Future Planning Workshop and how to get involved.

Many of the desired facilities had to do with real food education and social activities.

Many doubled up with the wish list from the Public Recreation Forum held a few weeks back.

Many of the wants/needs 'could' make good use of the adjoining bowls club facilities where there is already lighting & toilets.

'Weed dating' was even on the list.

A truly organic way to meet new people!

Thanks for your support Sharyn and thanks to everyone who came along! We encourage anyone who is interested in getting involved to go to the veggie village website or just come down to the garden on a tuesday or market sunday morning. Cheers
